There are five places a business loses people between “interested” and “committed.” Odds are you're solid in most of them. It's the one you haven't looked at that does the damage.
Answer eight questions and you'll see all five scored, your weakest one named, and what that weak spot is quietly costing you. No email needed to see any of it.
Scored from your answers alone. The lowest bar is where you're losing the most people.
Optional. You give two numbers, it multiplies them. Nothing gets estimated for you.
Eight questions can find your weakest spot. They can't tell you whether that spot is the one worth fixing, because that depends on which direction the business is betting on. A form can't read a bet.
That question comes first, and it's a different kind of work: laying out a few genuinely different directions, carrying each far enough to compare fairly, and testing every one against the single fact that would kill it. Do that, and fixing the weak spot stops being a guess.
The scores are yours to keep either way. If you'd like more than bars on a page, I'll write yours up: your five scores read against your kind of business, what the weak one is likely costing you, and the order I'd look at the five in. About a page, and I write it myself.
One email with the write-up, and that's it unless you ask for more. I take six discovery sessions a month, so if you want one of them, say so when you reply.
The five scores above are yours, free and clear. When something changes, come back and run it again.
