Ben Tobias
A communicator, strategist, AI architect and builder who delivered enterprise AI at Fortune 60 scale, plus two decades in communications making complicated things land with real people.
Badge 719. Fifteen years of service. The officer who brought people in with words instead of the tools on his belt is the same person who now brings businesses in with clarity instead of hype.
Catalyst is the spark. 19 is where it was forged.
Clarity first. Then momentum.
Built, not theorized.
Ben built enterprise AI at a Fortune 60 insurer in the tech's earliest days: the company's first external AI messaging library, a learning & development curriculum for generative and agentic AI, and working agents that overhauled operations.
Over the next two years he trained the insurer's distributed 100-person communications department to actually use it, working alongside outside AI experts and overseeing colleagues from interns to VPs as they built working agents of their own.
Before that, fifteen years as a specialty unit police officer and spokesperson, then eight years as a Fortune 60 communications leader coaching executives, handling PR campaigns, marketing communications, crisis & issues, executive media, agency orchestration, and global partner comms across four countries.
Two things most consultants don't have together: enterprise AI built at scale, and two decades of communicating complex things to real people under pressure. That combination is what makes adoption stick.
Ben also speaks on AI adoption and communication as a keynote speaker at industry events.
